How do I receive support for my purchase?

You'll find the contact form on the authors Nulivo Market profile page.


  • Click ‘Login’ from the top menu.
  • Log into your Nulivo Market account.
  • From the item page click the author’s name or logo (on the right-hand side)
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page you will find contact author form type your message.
  • Click ‘Send’.


The author of the item should be able to solve your problem within 2 business days.
If the author is not able to respond within 2 business days, please contact Nulivo Market support. We will try to help you find a solution or refund your purchase if the item is not working as advertised.
