Upload Guidelines for Nulivo Market Authors

As part of our Item Quality expectations, Item Presentation is all about how your item is presented to customers. Customers want to see how the item looks, what features it has and how it works, so they can make an informed decision to purchase as a result of what they see on your item page.

All authors in the Nulivo marketplace can upload their items and submit them for review via Author Accounts, we advise anyone submitting their graphics to follow the guidelines below:

Product Titles and Names

In order to improve the product search process and make it easy and smooth, there are some universal rules for product naming.

If you create a product to fit a specific keyword, remember to use it in the name, preferably at the beginning.

The perfect product name should be 50-60 characters with spaces. Do not repeat the same words within the titles.

Short Description - meta description text.

The meta description is a snippet of up to about 155 characters – a tag in HTML – which summarizes a page’s content. Search engines show it in search results mostly when the searched-for phrase is within the description. So optimizing it is crucial for on-page SEO.

Keep it up to 155 characters
Use active voice and make it actionable
Include a call-to-action
Use your focus keyword
Show specifications, where possible
Make sure it matches the content of the page
Make it unique

Descriptions

The intended use of product descriptions and properties on Nulivo Market is to provide customers with detailed product information. Therefore, products may not have any properties associated with them that are inaccurate or misleading.

Additionally, product descriptions may not include:

Links that direct customers to purchase or download the same product from other marketplaces or websites
Custom license terms
Information that is willfully inaccurate, deceptive, or dishonest
Violation of any of the above guidelines could result in customers being refunded, products being removed, and/or the offending shop being closed.

Software

Choose the software that a customer needs to have to work with your digital product.

Set Your Price

For all items on Nulivo Market, pricing is determined at the sole discretion of you, the author of the item.

What this means is that you must make all pricing decisions independently. How to price your work is a commercial decision you will need to make for yourself.

To avoid any possible confusion, please do not include any information or files about licensing in your products. We only provide two types of licenses for all products on the site: Regular license and Extended license.

Image Preview & Preview Image Set

All preview images must be in a 3:2 dimension, and we recommend that you make them 1200px x 800px.

Preview images play a very important role in the popularity of your products, and we recommend you to make them as engaging and attractive as possible.

Product Files (Main File)

Including any malware or files unrelated to the product, Nulivo Market Author Terms, or mandatory requests for customer contact information is prohibited.

Violating any of the above guidelines may result in products being drafted or removed by the Nulivo Market Team.
