My item has been rejected, what now?

Modified on Sat, 28 May 2022 at 02:21 PM

Once uploaded, every item submitted to the Nulivo marketplace is reviewed for quality and integrity. We’re looking for great items that work well for customers and follow our rules and deliver the best experience to our end-users.

The Item verification process includes the following stages:

  • Design Review: checking product design quality;
  • Marketing review: checking product relevance within a market;
  • Copyright review: basic verification of an author’s rights to use a product for commercial purposes; checking a product’s uniqueness;
  • Quality Assurance review: verifying a product’s correct operation;

If the product fits the marketplace quality standards, it is published on the marketplace for sale.

In case the product doesn’t meet the marketplace requirements, it is rejected.

There are two kinds of rejections:

Soft-rejected: this means your item has been rejected but can make it to the marketplace by making a few changes to the item.

Hard-rejected: This means your item is not suitable to be sold on Nulivo Market as it is. Just a few changes are not enough to get the item approved. The item requires some drastic changes or additional features to make a chance to be suitable to be sold on the Nulivo marketplace.

Once the review is completed, the author receives a notification with review results via email.

If the theme doesn’t pass any of the verification stages, the author will be notified about this via email with recommendations on its follow-up revision. The author will also be notified when the product is going to be released on the marketplace.

Please note: due to the complex plan of the review process, it takes from 2 business days to 2 business weeks, depending on the type of product and queue.
